The Real Estate Thinker blog will cover a wide variety of real estate topics, but our fundamental concern is how investors can maintain and protect the value of their real estate assets. That’s what owning real estate is all about, isn’t it? Bottom line, at the end of the day it’s all a matter of growing wealth, ending up with more value than you started with. Making money. There, I said it.
So that’s what we’re going to focus on. And we believe this approach applies to all real estate, even homes. Maybe especially homes. If you have any questions or comments, we’re happy to hear them. In the coming weeks we will introduce our expert blogging team and start branching out into a variety of topics. But for now, we thought to simply get things off the ground with a discussion of some of the basic do’s and don’ts of real estate investing.
